2. Find a place near your favorite stores.
Located at 2249 30th Ave. S. in Grand Forks, our Southview Apartments are right next to the Carmike Cinema, which has 10 movie screens. The Southview Apartments are within a mile from Columbia Mall and Grand Cities Mall, near plenty of shopping, dining and services. They are within walking distance from Bringewatt Park and Symington Park and only a few minutes drive from the University of North Dakota and Interstate 29. Our Southview Apartments are located in a quiet, clean neighborhood. We do welcome college students in our Southview Apartments, but they are our furthest apartments from the University of North Dakota. Our Grandview I and II Apartments are along wide, safe and attractive streets and boulevards.

4. Think about the layout of the apartment.
Our Grandview I and II Apartments offer several different floor plans, so you can find the one that is best for you. You may want to consider a first floor apartment if you have trouble going up and down stairs. Our two-bedroom apartments in our Southview units are 960 square feet, while our Grandview Apartments have slightly larger two-bedroom units available at about 988 square feet each.

5. Know your price range.
Our Grandview I and II Apartments begin at $525 per month with a $325 deposit. Our Southview Apartments start at $585 per month with no deposit. Southview is a tax-credit building. Income-based qualifications are necessary. The maximum income limits for our Southview Apartments are $24,420 for one person, $27,960 for two people, $31,440 for three, $34,920 for four $37,740 for five and $40,500 for six.
